Summary
This study tests a school-based program called 'My Life - I Decide' for Danish 10th graders (ages 15-16). The program includes 28 lessons over 8-10 weeks to build life skills, self-confidence, and healthy habits. About 500 students from 26 classes will take part, with some starting in 2025 and others later. Researchers will track changes in mental well-being, social skills, and health knowledge using surveys at three points during the school year.
