Can a rain stick or musical egg calm a Child's fear of needles?
NCT ID NCT06983093
Summary
This study aims to see if using simple musical toys like a rain stick or a musical egg can help reduce pain, fear, and anxiety in young children (aged 4-6) when they get their blood drawn. Researchers will compare the experiences of children who play with these toys during the procedure to those who do not. The goal is to find a gentle, non-drug method to make a common medical procedure less stressful for kids.
