Can your favorite playlist lower blood pressure better than meditation?
NCT ID NCT07338500
Summary
This study aims to see if listening to music or doing a guided mindfulness exercise is better at lowering blood pressure, heart rate, and feelings of anxiety in healthy adults. Thirty participants will try both activities in a single visit, and researchers will measure their physical responses. The goal is to understand which non-drug approach might be more effective for promoting relaxation and heart health.
