This study tests whether listening to special binaural beats music or using virtual reality during labor can lower pain and affect key birth hormones like oxytocin and cortisol. Researchers will compare these two approaches against standard care in 90 women giving birth at a hospital in Istanbul. The goal is to find a drug-free way to make labor more comfortable.
