Summary
This study is testing whether a telehealth music therapy program can help veterans manage chronic pain. 180 veterans with long-term musculoskeletal pain will either receive the music therapy or be placed on a waitlist. The program uses music listening and guided imagery in a step-by-step approach to see if it reduces pain, anxiety, and depression.
