Summary
This study is testing a home-based medical device that uses music with a steady beat to help people walk better after a stroke. It aims to see if using the device regularly improves walking endurance, daily activities, and quality of life for 234 participants. The main goal is to measure how often people use the device over 12 weeks and what impact it has.
