NCT ID NCT07217418

Summary

This small study looked at whether different types of music activities could help ease symptoms of Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS). Twenty college students with PMS were split into groups to either listen to music, sing, or play an instrument for 30 minutes. Researchers measured their brain waves, muscle tension, heart rate, and asked about their anxiety and pain to see if the music made a difference.
