Summary
This study tests a new treatment called Functionally Oriented Music Therapy (FMT) for people with long-term muscle or joint pain lasting at least 3 months. The therapy combines music and movement to improve well-being and quality of life. Researchers will enroll 70 adults who speak Swedish or English to see if FMT reduces pain and helps daily functioning.
