Summary
This pilot study explores whether weekly group music therapy sessions can improve emotional health for older adults living in long-term care facilities. Twenty residents will attend six weekly sessions and complete questionnaires about their mood and loneliness. The study also tests if an AI system can accurately recognize emotions from facial expressions during therapy.
