Summary
This study is testing whether music therapy can help reduce anxiety and stress for people with severe mental disorders who are in a recovery unit. Twelve participants will attend 15 weekly music sessions where they choose songs and discuss them with a nurse. Researchers will measure changes in anxiety, stress, and recovery progress using questionnaires.
