Can a 25-Minute soundtrack calm your nerves? science investigates
NCT ID NCT05442086
Summary
This study tested whether listening to calming music combined with special sound beats could reduce anxiety in young adults. Researchers compared this sound treatment to a control sound (pink noise) in a single 25-minute session. They measured anxiety using questionnaires, brain waves, heart rate, and stress hormones to see which sound was more effective.
