Can a simple music session sharpen your Mind's ear?
NCT ID NCT06282601
Summary
This study is testing whether listening to music, especially rhythmic music, can help older adults with age-related hearing loss better understand complex sentences. Researchers will recruit 27 participants aged 70 and older to complete language tests after listening to different types of music. The goal is to see if this 'musical priming' can be a simple, non-invasive way to support communication skills.
