First seen Nov 24, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study looked at whether a six-week, at-home program of music-assisted progressive muscle relaxation could improve sleep, fatigue, emotional symptoms, and quality of life in 20 sedentary obese women. Participants practiced the technique on their own using materials sent via messaging apps. The goal was to see if this low-cost, non-drug method offers real benefits for this group.
