Summary
This study is testing whether a personalized, computer-adapted music program can improve well-being and thinking skills in healthy older adults. Researchers are comparing this new program to traditional music listening and a waitlist group. The goal is to see if technology-enhanced music can better help with feelings of stress, loneliness, and daily functioning.
