Summary
This study tests whether adding music therapy to nicotine replacement therapy (like patches or gum) helps healthcare professionals reduce their urge to smoke. About 80 smokers will be split into two groups: one gets standard nicotine therapy, the other gets music therapy too. The goal is to see if music can ease cravings and improve quit rates.
