NCT ID NCT07412717
Summary
This study is testing if adding a music-based intervention to standard nicotine replacement therapy (like patches or gum) is better at reducing cravings for people trying to quit smoking. It will involve 80 healthcare workers who smoke. The research also aims to find biological predictors of quitting success by studying participants' gut bacteria and stress-related genes.
