Can the right beat get seniors moving?
NCT ID NCT06364189
Summary
This study tested whether listening to music with a strong, accented beat (BMS) could help older adults become more physically active and enjoy exercise more. For six months, 54 participants followed an exercise program, with half using the special music. Researchers measured how much people exercised, how they felt during it, and if it improved their physical function, thinking skills, and quality of life.
