Can a good beat make heart rehab less of a grind?
NCT ID NCT07305389
Summary
This study is testing if listening to music during exercise can make workouts feel better for people recovering from heart problems in a hospital rehab program. Researchers want to see if music improves patients' mood during exercise, how they remember the workout, and if it makes them more likely to want to exercise again. The study will involve 72 inpatients aged 50-75 who are already in a cardiac rehabilitation program.
