Summary
This study looked at whether listening to music at different frequencies during yoga-based exercises could improve physical performance and thinking skills in inactive young adults. Thirty participants aged 18-35 were split into groups doing exercises with low-medium frequency music, high frequency music, or no music. Researchers measured changes in strength, flexibility, and cognitive tests like reaction time and focus.
