Summary
This study aims to see if combining music therapy, mindful breathing, and core exercises can help university students manage stress, feel more relaxed, and build resilience. It will involve 80 healthy students aged 18-30. The goal is to provide a holistic, non-medical approach to improving student well-being and potentially academic performance.
