Can music and movement speed up stroke recovery?

Summary
This study is testing whether adding a personalized music-based aerobic exercise program to standard physical therapy helps people recover from a recent stroke. It will involve 92 participants who are in the early recovery phase after a stroke. One group will do gentle, music-guided exercises for 30 minutes a day, five days a week, for six weeks, while both groups receive standard hospital rehab.
