NCT ID NCT07123077
First seen Apr 12, 2026 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study looked at whether adding Turkish music to a functional exercise program helps older adults with mild dementia more than exercise alone. Forty participants from a nursing home did exercises twice a week for 8 weeks, with half listening to music during the sessions. Researchers measured balance, mobility, fall risk, hand strength, daily living skills, and quality of life before and after the program.
