Summary
This study tested whether playing music during liver donation surgery could help reduce the body's stress and inflammatory response. It involved 61 healthy adults who were donating part of their liver. Researchers measured blood markers of inflammation and stress, as well as pain and anxiety levels, to see if music made a difference.
