First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study looked at how different volumes of music affect balance in athletes. 48 healthy athletes, aged 18-35, stood on a balance platform while listening to soft, medium, and loud music in a virtual reality setup. The goal was to see if sound intensity changes how steady they are, helping us understand how hearing and balance work together during sports.
