Summary
This study looks at whether listening to music during exercise can help heart rehab patients feel better and enjoy their workouts more. Researchers will have 72 adults, aged 50 to 75, exercise with or without music and then rate their mood and pleasure. The goal is to find a simple, low-cost way to make physical activity more pleasant and encourage long-term exercise habits.
