Summary
This study aims to understand how three types of medicinal mushrooms (Agaricus, Reishi, and Turkey Tail) affect the immune system compared to a placebo. Researchers will measure changes in immune cells and communication proteins in the blood of 12 healthy adults. The goal is to gather basic knowledge about how these natural products might influence immune function.
