Summary
This study aims to find which muscle recovery technique works best for professional athletes after intense exercise. Researchers will test six different methods on 20 healthy basketball and endurance athletes to see which one most effectively reduces muscle pain and helps restore strength. The study will measure muscle oxygen levels, temperature, pain sensitivity, and strength to compare the immediate effects of each recovery approach.
