Summary

This study tests whether blood flow restriction (BFR) therapy or pneumatic compression (a massage-like device) works better to reduce muscle soreness after exercise. Researchers will measure jump height, muscle strength, and soreness levels in 33 recreationally active adults aged 18-30. The goal is to find a better way to speed up muscle recovery.
