Belly muscle moved to fix bladder in new surgery trial

Summary
This study is testing a surgery for people who cannot empty their bladder on their own. Doctors will move a small piece of a patient's own abdominal muscle and wrap it around the bladder to help it squeeze out urine. The study will follow 50 patients for one year after the surgery to see how well it works and how it affects their quality of life.
