First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding a gentle muscle-stretching technique to standard joint mobilization can better relieve pain and improve movement in people with sacral torsion, a common cause of low back pain. About 46 adults aged 22-44 with diagnosed sacral torsion will receive either mobilization alone or mobilization plus the muscle technique, three times a week for two weeks. Researchers will measure pain, disability, and range of motion at the start and after two weeks.
