First seen Mar 08, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study looks at whether people with multiple myeloma who have achieved a very deep remission (called MRD-negative) and have been on maintenance therapy for at least two years can stop that therapy without their cancer coming back. Researchers will follow 70 participants for up to two years to see how many remain in remission. The goal is to understand if stopping treatment is safe for this specific group.
