Summary

This study is testing a new drug called sonrotoclax for people with multiple myeloma that has come back or stopped responding to other treatments. Researchers want to see if sonrotoclax is safe and effective when given alone or combined with other standard myeloma drugs. The trial is for adults whose cancer has a specific genetic feature called t(11;14).
