New hope for myeloma patients: testing a powerful drug duo
NCT ID NCT07280013
Summary
This study is testing the safety of a new two-drug combination for people with multiple myeloma that has come back or stopped responding to other treatments. About 60 participants will take a pill (cemsidomide) and receive an injection (elranatamab) to see how well they are tolerated together. The main goal is to find a safe dose and check for early signs that the treatment might help control the cancer.
