This study looks at 100 people with advanced kidney cancer to find patterns in their blood, tumor tissue, and CT scans that can predict which treatment will work best. Researchers will use computer analysis to combine these data and create a tool to guide first-line therapy choices. The goal is to better match each patient to the right treatment from the start.
