Summary
This study looked at whether a new ankle training machine can help athletes with chronic ankle instability (a condition where the ankle feels weak and unstable after a sprain). Fourteen athletes used either the machine or a standard resistance band for six weeks. Researchers measured changes in muscle strength, balance, and jumping ability to see which method works better.
