Summary
This study compared two common physiotherapy techniques—Mulligan and Maitland mobilizations—in 42 adults aged 35-50 with frozen shoulder. The goal was to see which technique better reduces pain, improves shoulder movement, and enhances quality of life. Participants received one of the two treatments, and their progress was measured using pain scales, range of motion tests, and questionnaires.
