Hands-On hope for aching necks: study tests new therapy
NCT ID NCT07167108
Summary
This study tested whether adding a specific hands-on therapy, called the Mulligan technique, to standard physical therapy could better help adults with long-term neck pain. 76 participants received either standard therapy or standard therapy plus the Mulligan technique for four weeks. Researchers measured changes in pain levels, neck movement, and how much the pain interfered with daily life.
