This study tested the Mulligan Technique, a type of hands-on therapy, to see if it helps adults aged 18 to 65 with long-term neck pain. 76 people took part, and researchers measured their pain and how well they could move their neck before and after treatment. The goal was to find a safe, drug-free way to improve daily life for those with chronic neck pain.
