New Hands-On therapy trial aims to ease debilitating neck and arm pain

NCT ID NCT07045974

Summary

This study is testing two physical therapy techniques—Mulligan mobilization and stretching exercises—to see if they can reduce pain and disability in people with cervical radiculopathy, a condition where a pinched nerve in the neck causes pain that shoots down the arm. It will involve 30 adults aged 20-50. The main goal is to see if these hands-on treatments improve pain levels, neck movement, and daily function.
