Summary

This study is testing if a simple exercise of walking on mud can help children with flexible flat feet. 37 children aged 6-11 will walk on mud for 30 minutes, three times a week, for six weeks. Researchers will check if this improves the children's foot posture, balance, and how well they can hop and move.
