Could Mud-Walking fix Kids' flat feet?

Summary

This study is testing if a simple exercise—walking on mud—can improve foot posture and balance in children with flexible flat feet. 37 children aged 6 to 11 will walk on mud for 30 minutes, three times a week, for six weeks. Researchers will measure changes in their foot shape, balance, and leg function before and after the program.
