Mud-walk therapy tested for kids with flat feet

Summary

This study looks at whether walking on mud can improve foot shape and balance in children with flexible flatfeet. 37 children aged 6-11 will do 30-minute mud-walk sessions three times a week for six weeks. Researchers will measure foot posture, balance, and leg function before and after the program.
