NCT ID NCT07559097
First seen May 03, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tests a new treatment for lung cancer that has spread to the lining of the brain (meningeal metastasis). The treatment uses tiny particles made from the patient's own tumor cells to deliver the chemotherapy drug methotrexate directly into the spinal fluid. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and can shrink tumors or slow the disease in patients who have not responded to standard treatments.
