Summary
This study tested a drug called MT-2990 in 76 women with surgically diagnosed endometriosis and moderate to severe pelvic pain. Participants received either the drug or a placebo over 16 weeks. The goal was to see if MT-2990 safely reduces pain, including non-menstrual pelvic pain, period pain, and pain during sex.
