NCT ID NCT07289477
First seen Jan 03, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This early-stage trial tests a single injection of special brain cells (dopaminergic progenitor cells) into a specific area of the brain for people with Multiple System Atrophy (MSA), a rare and severe neurological disorder. The main goal is to check if the procedure is safe and tolerable in 9 adults aged 30-70 whose current treatments are not working well enough. Researchers will also look for signs that the treatment might help control symptoms over a year.
