Summary
This study is testing whether in-person or online healthy habit programs work better for women with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis. It will compare supervised exercise and diet coaching to a self-guided online program. The goal is to see which approach best improves fatigue, physical strength, and overall quality of life for participants.
