Summary
This study tested a new physical therapy program designed to help people with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) walk better and improve their balance. Researchers compared a standard therapy program to a new one that added special exercises to improve body awareness and sensation. The goal was to see if the new program led to better improvements in walking speed, balance, and daily activities for the 40 participants.
