First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study will compare frailty, physical fitness, and levels of a hormone called irisin in 782 people with multiple sclerosis and healthy volunteers aged 18-65. Researchers will use tests like the Frailty Index, Berg Balance Scale, and 6-Minute Walk Test, along with blood samples. The goal is to better understand frailty in MS and guide future rehabilitation strategies.
