Special exercises show promise for MS mobility and fatigue
NCT ID NCT07263854
Summary
This study tested whether a specific type of exercise training could help people with multiple sclerosis walk better, improve their balance, and feel less tired. Twenty-six adults with MS were split into two groups: one tried the special exercises, and the other did standard strengthening exercises, three times a week for six weeks. Researchers measured their walking, balance, and fatigue levels before and after the program to see which approach worked better.
