Summary

This study is testing a new digital platform designed to help doctors and people with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (MS) better monitor the disease. About 500 participants will use a smartphone app and doctors will use a web-based tool for two years. The goal is to see if the platform is easy to use and improves how MS is tracked in everyday medical practice.
